Hidden in the arid province of Zaragoza, Spain, lies this architectural marvel with over eight centuries of carved history and battle stories. Originally a castle then transformed into a monastery in 1218, this 800+ year old marvel is, in actuality, a hotel and nature park. Located just outside of Nuévalos, Calatayud, this place is a must visit for any nature lover, peace seeker or life lover all together.
